Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related fields or 7 + years related supplier quality experience. - Preferred Master’s degree in management field / international equivalent preferred. - Experience and understanding of electronics, capacitor, resistors, plastics, metal commodities and supplier manufacturing processes, preferred SME in one or more of the following commodities PCBAs, cables and electronics, customs plastics / metals, distribution suppliers. - Understanding of QMS Standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102, ISO 13485 etc.). - Detailed and proven understanding of supplier quality management processes and tools. - Proven technical auditing experience. Understands supplier DFMEA, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, GR&R and how to target audit focus as needed to maximize supplier improvement and reduce risk. - Experience in leadership of suppliers, strong negotiation, and project management skills with the abili...
