Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Sr.

What you’ll do

Basic function

Control and ensure the quality of the supplied raw material component to meet product specification on time and in the right volumes, following Eaton Quality Management System and Customer Requirements.

Main responsibilities and authority

A. Led the APQP process to ensure flawless launches with suppliers

  • PPAP process.
  • Run and rate validation.
  • Supplier Capacity validation against Customer demand.
  • Packaging approvals.
  • Component Safe launch process (LW-10)
  • Incoming inspection gages requirements.
  • Request Tooling tag based on customer specific requirements

B. Provides the quality interface between the organization and their suppliers
