- Analysis of complaints and customer voice related to distribution. -Management and development of local suppliers according to the global SQM strategy. -Supplier quality Management, Incoming quality inspection of goods based on global specification and rules. -Verification checks of non-conformances reported by production or customer. -Stock audit due to production or customer complaint MRN return to supplier for non-conformance from incoming failure, production reject or customer returns. -Track action items out of the Management Review and QIT, In process inspections and CAPA processes for Logistics.
Experiência y requisitos
- 4+ years working experience in medical device industry. - Experience working with ISO 13485 -English 85%+ -Bachelor degree in Engineering. -Internal Auditor ISO 13485 (plus).
