Job Description

Ensure that the material used in transformation processes arrives at the plant with the specified quality and requirements, as well as follow-up and auditing with suppliers.

  • Submit formal claims to suppliers regarding quality issues, follow up on actions and clean points, and coordinate inspection and sorting of material in the plant as required.

  • Dispose of defective parts, perform analysis, and create the corresponding report.

  • Update information for DMS Irapuato Plant KPIs (Suppliers).

  • Maintain control of quality-related costs associated with supplier issues and follow up on cost recovery.

  • Ensure execution of incoming inspection procedures.

  • Participate in decision-making related to suppliers and the quality of their components, in coordination with Product Engineering and Quality.
