The Deputy Manager / Lead – Supplier Quality Management is responsible for ensuring supplier quality excellence through effective complaint handling, escalation management, audits, supplier development, and change management. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, preventing recurrence of issues, and maintaining high-quality standards across the supply base.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Complaint Management & Problem Solving


  • Initiate, manage, and close 8D processes for supplier-related incidents at:
  • Incoming Inspection
  • Production
  • Customer
  • Warranty
  • Implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence of issues.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance.
