Supplier Quality Manager

Leads and manages raw material supplier’s evaluation and approval, the requirements for raw materials qualification and supplier corrective actions.
In your new role you will:
- Being the link between the SQM Cluster function and the site.
- Qualifying new raw material suppliers as per Procurement’s requests.
- Contributing to the periodic evaluation of the supply base viaInfineon’s scorecards.
- Ensuring that the qualification requirements for new parts or revisedparts are met.
- Maintaining the supplier corrective action system.
- Participating in the containment actions and risk assessments whensupplier quality issues arise.
- Resolving specific quality problems related to suppliers that impact theoperation.
- Settling differences in terms of interpretation of specifications,defects and standards with suppliers.
- Following through when Supplier Part Change Notifications are received.
