Supplier Technical Assistant (Electrical & Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the STA–EE team , including PCBA, wiring harness, power electronics, and system-level STA engineers.
• Define roles, responsibilities, technical standards, and performance expectations for the STA–EE section.

Supplier Enablement, Manufacturing Feasibility & Technical Authority:

• Lead manufacturing feasibility studies, DFM/DFA reviews, and process risk assessments for EE designs before supplier nomination, tooling, and PPAP.
• Provide deep technical guidance to suppliers on PCBA manufacturing (SMT/THT), power electronics assembly, testing strategies, burn-in, reliability, and safety controls .
• Enable suppliers to achieve process capability, yield stability, and repeatable quality , particularly during rapid scale-up.
• Act as final technical authority for EE supplier readiness across chargers, rectifiers, SMPS, ...
