Supplier Technical Assistant (Mechanical)

Work Location : Bangalore

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience – STA, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Enablement, Manufacturing Feasibility & Technical Guidance

• Lead manufacturing feasibility studies, DFM/DFA reviews, and process risk assessments with suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and capable before tooling, PPAP, and production release.
• Provide end-to-end technical guidance to mechanical suppliers on process selection, tooling concepts, fixtures, jigs, inspection methods, and in-process quality controls.
