Job Description

The Supply Chain Admin provides administrative and operational support to the supply chain function, primarily assisting in purchase ordering, delivery tracking, inventory coordination, and vendor follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate supply fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Monitor delivery schedules, shipment details, and inventory-related matters
  • Coordinate with the Finance team in the Philippines regarding payment status to help prevent out-of-stock (OOS) issues
  • Track purchase orders, warehouse packing activities, and direct supply delivery orders
  • Coordinate with the local purchasing team to resolve unresolved supplier or delivery issues that may require negotiation or escalation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, deliveries, and supplier communications
