Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for processing supply-chain tasks in support of business continuity; analytics & metrics that support service level achievement, productivity, and process definition & adherence. The role will support and drive research-to-resolution on issues or opportunities relating to SCM (supply chain management) .

This position is a vital component of the business, and is responsible for:

  • Support the Operations team with all back office and administrative tasks, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operational process for our suppliers and clients.

  • Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and efficiently liaising with other departments when necessary.

  • Follow up with suppliers when orders are overdue and resolve issues when there are discrepancies with Goods In.
