Job Description
1. Position Purpose
The Supply Chain & Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and production support for FlexQube México. This role ensures material availability, on-time delivery, supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational continuity while supervising the local operations team. You will collaborate internally with different departments, including purchasing, sales, production teams, finance, and management to enhance overall supply chain performance. Additionally, you will drive cost saving initiatives within shipping and ensure optimal cost in the transportation of goods while adhering to applicable rules & regulations
