Supply Chain Analyst – New Product Introduction (NPI) and Procurement | Location: Penang (on-site)

Overview

Responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution for new products, from early development stages through full mass production. In a small and agile organization, this role combines supply chain planning, procurement execution, supplier management, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• NPI Supply Chain Execution
  • Lead supply chain readiness for NPIs
  • Translate product designs and bills of materials into executable sourcing and purchasing plans
  • Support prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp activities
• Procurement and Purchasing Management
  • Own procurement activities for new and existing products, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price negotiation, and purchase order issuance
