Description

Purpose:
Ensure that the product delivery process is executed efficiently and effectively through proper management of the resources available.

Functions:
1. Direct the assigned operational processes, verifying that the correct implementation of technologies is carried out to facilitate control and management.
2. Ensure efficient resource scheduling, guaranteeing that the client has the agreed-upon transport fleet available.
3. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics transportation, with the aim of optimizing the service and working together with clients to maximize the use of the fleet, avoiding economic losses to the organization.
4. Accompany the routes, submit reports of any issues observed, supervise the carriers, and provide real-time solutions.
