Supply Chain Analyst – ESRI Service Area and Network Analysis
**Role Overview**
This Supply Chain Analyst role requires a blend of **advanced ESRI Service Area Network Analysis capabilities** and **supply chain analytical expertise** . The position directly supports operational accuracy, capacity optimization, data alignment, digital reservation systems, and cross‑functional coordination between IT, operations, and compliance.
This is not a traditional supply chain analyst role. The ESRI requirement elevates its technical complexity, market value, and skill scarcity.
Location: Hybrid out of Newport News, VA HQ (T, W, Th in office and M, F Remote)
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct **ESRI Service Area and Network Analysis** to assess delivery coverage, optimize distribution footprints, and model network scenarios.
+ Maintain Zip Code boundaries layer and ensure system alignment across operational tools.
+ Maintain the companywide Ship-to-ZIP digital sales tool, providing clear, market-specific logistics guidance
+ Support capacity modeling and reservation planning.
+ Partner with IT, operations, and compliance teams to uphold data accuracy, configuration standards, and rollout consistency.
+ Provide analysis and technical support for digital reservations and omni‑channel processes.
+ Ensure compliance for courier and installer networks.
+ Use GIS tools to map, analyze, and visualize supply chain networks, transportation flow, and facility accessibility.
+ Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights, including Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Procurement, and Field Leadership.
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, GIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, or network modeling.
+ Proficiency with **ESRI ArcGIS** **Pro** , including proven experience with ArcGIS Pro Network Analysis Extension using Service Area Analysis, Route Optimization, Closest Facility, Location-Allocation or Territory Design.
+ Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Online, Geocoding, and ArcGIS Pro Business Analyst Extension preferred
+ Ability to work independently, think outside the box, and create solutions using ESRI software and tools
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools).
+ Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across business units.
+ Knowledge of transportation planning, fleet operations, or last-mile delivery.
