Activities:
Inventory & Planning
Executes planning and purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet service goals.
Maintains accurate ERP parameters for component and assembly planning.
Customer Collaboration
Works directly with customers to understand and align planning processes.
Represents Supply Chain in the Customer Focus Team.
Inventory Monitoring
Monitors current and projected inventory and creates action plans to meet site targets.
Tracks excess/obsolete inventory and drives disposition per customer agreements.
Analysis & Forecasting
Performs What-if analyses to support scheduling and decision-making.
Analyzes impacts of forecast or schedule changes on procurement and production.
Scheduling Support
Ensures alignment between customer demand, monthly forecast, and production schedule.
Works with Scheduler to set production dates and resolve discrepancies.
