Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Responsible in day-to-day transactions and order fulfilment including coordination with 3PL and Freight Forwarders.
• Consignment replenishments and ensure inventory level is monitored and fulfilled.
• Coordination of order status and deliveries to internal and external customers.
• Respond to inquiries and assist requests especially from Commercial Team/Sales Representatives, 3PL and Customers.
• Ensures that appropriate approvals are secured prior actual execution of SAP transactions
• Ensures operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies
• Drive local initiatives that leads to process excellence within the country
• Oversees Import/Export activities and ensures stocks are delivered timely in BSC warehouse
• Uses data to find inefficiencies and improve processes
• Optimize logistics and warehouse operations thru on time execution of system transaction...
