Supply Chain Analyst

This role, based at Eaton’s GSC CoE Pune, leads and governs critical supply chain resiliency projects across multiple sites, suppliers, and categories. The position ensures project execution, risk management, funding utilization, and process standardization while reporting regularly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex resiliency projects with global cross‑functional teams.
• Track project progress, risks, escalations, and funding usage.
• Maintain knowledge databases and ensure process compliance.
• Drive KPI achievement: resiliency, cost improvements, productivity, and on‑time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Provide PM tools, analytics, and proactive risk alerts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Production preferred).
• 8–10 years supply chain experience with strong project management exposure.
• Experience in CAPEX-funded projects is a plus.

Skills

• Strong project management; PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• ERP (SAP/Oracle), sourcing knowledge, dual/multi‑source exposure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and global collaboration skills.
