Eaton’s EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (temporary).
**What you’ll do**:
This position involves interfacing with both internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide support for Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) units, DC Products, parts and service. Through the process of scheduling and dispatching of parts and administrative process for warranty claims (IFAR), this position is highly visible in meeting Eaton’s goals and objectives.
- Manage spare parts and warranty claims requests from internal and external customers with emphasis on error free management and same day order entry.
- Acknowledge all customer requests upon receipt and enter changes and/or cancellations in compliance with the guidelines of departments directly affected.
- Expedite orders to ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.
