- Member of customer focus team - Main point of contact for customer pertaining to supply chain and scheduling issues - Accountable for all supply chain activities related to customer including - Receive and acknowledge of receipt of all Customer POs - Agile ECO signoff - Compile E&O information and submit to Program Manager - Complete BOM risk assessment - Create and maintain an NPI Tracker for NPI assemblies - Initiate and document cost reduction initiatives - Initiate and manage outside operations - Provide detail to Scheduler for misses due to material related issues on OTD and OTR - Review new quotes and provide feedback to CM’s - Align delivery dates with customers for all products - Work with scheduler to ensure timely release of work orders - Leader of S&OP - Leading performance of “what-if” analysis of requested schedule changes by customer - Assign parts as HOT with ASN Tracking or Hot Parts Tracker - Assisting PM with reconciliatio...
