Position Summary

Responsible in leading and supervising the PES Analytics Team in creation, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the analytical tools and reports needed to efficiently support PES’ SIOP, Sales, Customer Service, Sourcing, and Operations teams’ requirements and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Analytics Manager to lead all data‑driven projects in Supply Chain application implementations, design, development, and support in model building across capacity planning, inventory analysis, forecasting and other cross‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify gaps or metrics improvement opportunities.
• Monitor all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and activities of the Analytics team.
