Supply Chain Assistant
- Assist in daily purchasing and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain inventory levels and update stock records.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, GRN, and related documents.
- Support logistics arrangements for import/export and local deliveries.
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials as per company requirements.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MS Excel and prepare reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily operations.
