Supply Chain Assistant

  • Assist in daily purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies.
  • Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain inventory levels and update stock records.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, GRN, and related documents.
  • Support logistics arrangements for import/export and local deliveries.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of materials as per company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/MS Excel and prepare reports.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily operations.
