Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, sales orders, deliveries, and dispatch coordination
Liaise with warehouses, customers, and suppliers to resolve shortages, queries, returns, and delivery issues
Raise and check customer and logistics invoices, querying discrepancies where required
Monitor stock levels, rotations, expiry dates, and allocations, escalating risks early
Perform stock reconciliations, adjustments, and transfers in inventory systems
Support purchasing by raising purchase orders, booking inbound deliveries, and reconciling received stock
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
Support month-end processes and follow standard operating procedures
Requirements
Early-career experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
