Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, sales orders, deliveries, and dispatch coordination

  • Liaise with warehouses, customers, and suppliers to resolve shortages, queries, returns, and delivery issues

  • Raise and check customer and logistics invoices, querying discrepancies where required

  • Monitor stock levels, rotations, expiry dates, and allocations, escalating risks early

  • Perform stock reconciliations, adjustments, and transfers in inventory systems

  • Support purchasing by raising purchase orders, booking inbound deliveries, and reconciling received stock

  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation

  • Support month-end processes and follow standard operating procedures

  • Requirements
  • Early-career experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
