Job Description
International company in alchohol industry is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator
Responsabilities:
- Communication and processing orders for clients in EMEA and USA.
- Supplier Management, with suppliers based in Mexico, USA and Netherlands, including but not limited to Purchase Order management, shipping documentation management.
- Inventory management by coordination with suppliers and in system
- Administrative tasks, as required, such as invoicing
- Project work as required and as assigned
- Reporting as required
- Oracle Netsuite system maintainance
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain management or similar field
- Business level English
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software
- Used to work under pressure
