About the Job
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain operations at our Tecate manufacturing facility, focusing on planning, coordination, and inventory control. This role works closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability, accurate inventory, and smooth execution of operational plans.
What You'll Do
Planning & Coordination
• Support production and material planning activities to ensure on-time availability of materials.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and internal material flows.
• Track production requirements and follow up with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist in demand planning and capacity alignment with Production and Planning teams.
Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory movements and help identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.
Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support import/export documentation and shipment coordination as needed.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and KPI tracking related to inventory and planning.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
• Prepare reports on inventory status, material availability, and operational performance.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, planning, or inventory control within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, or material coordination.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred for internal and supplier communication.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Schedule & Work Environment
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Work Environment: On-site role at the Tecate, Baja California facility
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs
