What is your mission?

• Provide administrative coordination and support for purchasing activities within the Supply Chain function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with performance objectives.

• Create and prepare inwards goods documentation accurately and in advance of incoming shipments.

• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and request, track, and update estimated times of arrival (ETAs).

• Track shipments from initial order placement through to receipt at warehouse locations, ensuring end-to-end visibility.
