Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor has responsibilities that may include but are not limited to; recruitment and performance management, expediting freight approvals in constrained supply situations, driving defined productivity improvement activities and coaching and developing a team to ensure effective management of customers escalations and operational excellence.













**General Responsibilities**







+ Supervises the team by assigning individual tasks related to customer interaction, supply coverage overview, invenotry status etc.






+ Reviews daily reports to identify performance gaps and to drive performance and improve processes






+ Arranges timely assesments regarding customer allocation and workload within the team, and works on balancing resources
