**What you will do? Job Scope & Purpose**
The Supply Chain Development Program (#SCDP) is a 2-year program that develops recent college graduates and early in career individuals into future leaders of Johnson Controls (JCI). During the 2-year commitment, individuals spend 6 months in each of 4 rotations in order to gain an overall understanding of the material control, lean methodologies, manufacturing, and data analytics as well as gain invaluable exposure to various business models and functions within the company. Rotations are located in Mexico: Ciudad Juarez, Monterrey, Matamoros and Reynosa with expectations to relocate to each of these location every 6 months to obtain experience at our Distributions Centers and Manufacturing Facilities. Employees are encouraged to take on additional work outside of their day-to-day responsibilities to gain further knowledge and increase their network within the company.
