The **Supply Chain Development Manager** plays a strategic role with developing the Operating Master Plan. This role is guided by the Efficiency principle and works collaboratively across all functions within the Canadian Supply Chain unit and supports projects and continuous Improvements that optimized the E2E Supply Chain.
This role champions identifying, analyzing, and implementing new capability within all functions of the Supply Chain. Maximizing value through the supply chain will be accomplished through building and development effective process evaluation and modelling, system integration and process improvements. In this role you will coach stakeholders and team members in collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into conceptual design criteria, add governance, measure, and monitor the effectiveness as needed to realize the design vision that is in harmony with the business strategic goals.
