The Supply Chain Development Manager plays a strategic role in developing the Operating Master Plan. This role is guided by the Efficiency principle and works collaboratively across all functions within the Canadian Supply Chain unit, supporting projects and continuous improvements that optimize the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
This role champions identifying, analyzing, and implementing new capabilities within all functions of the Supply Chain. Maximizing value through the supply chain will be accomplished through building and developing effective process evaluation and modelling, system integration, and process improvements. In this role you will coach stakeholders and team members in collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into conceptual design criteria, add governance, measure, and monitor the effectiveness as needed to realize the design vision that is in harmony with the business strategic goals.
