- Monitor & support daily dispatches across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & more
- Track live shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate trip logs and operational data
- Support route planning & problem resolution in live scenarios
