Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management of orders from multiple channels like our distributors, retail outlets, ecommerce partners, etc.
  • Analysing the orders as per our guidelines and take a decision on how to strategically fulfil that order at minimum costs
  • Communicating with the channel partners or representatives in case there are any errors in the orders and getting revised orders
  • Working with the supply chain and logistics team to fulfil the order efficiently and timely and providing admin support to them whenever needed
  • Taking and scheduling appointments for the order deliveries
  • Coordinating with the accounts team to get the necessary documents ready
  • Communicating and coordinating with our delivery partner to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Post delivery reconciliations, maintaining GRN reports, resolving issues with respect to damages or shortages in delivery, Ensuring timely receipt of payments from our buyers.
  • Handling onboarding formalities for new vendors and partners
