Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update the Purchasing report from time to time.
  • Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking.
  • Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule.
  • Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report.
  • Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin.
  • Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company’s deliveries
  • Act as primary point for all deliveries related matter
  • Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule;
  • Liaise well with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries
