Responsibilities
- Prepare and update the Purchasing report from time to time.
- Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking.
- Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule.
- Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report.
- Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin.
- Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company’s deliveries
- Act as primary point for all deliveries related matter
- Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule;
- Liaise well with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries
