Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Lead financial planning, performance management, and decision support across the end‑to‑end supply chain (source–make–move–deliver). Drive analytical insights, robust reporting, and review governance to optimize Cost to Serve. Act as a strategic business partner to the Supply Chain Operations Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Own COGS planning, standard cost updates, and variance analysis for Distribution costs.
- Build and run rolling forecasts for supply chain costs.
- Translate volume/mix, inflation, FX, and productivity programs into financial outcomes.
- Drive zero-based costing and continuous cost improvement programs with functional owners.
- Robust performance tracking.
- Set up Governance for timely review with all stakeholders.
- Driving timely and accurate submission of plan and actuals in Polaris.
