Eligibility requirements
- You’ll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work.
- You must have completed at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline in 2024 or 2025, or expect to complete all requirements of your studies by December 2026.
- You will need to be available to work full time from February 2027 in the agreed location.
- Please note our Graduate Programs are carefully curated for those early in their career.
About the Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Graduate at BAE Systems, you will work within our Supply Chain Function, whilst developing yourself, you will provide support and assistance to Procurement & Supply Chain Professionals within the business.
Within the Supply Chain function, we have a number of graduate pathways available for commencement in 2027, including:
- Subcontract Project Management
- Sustainable Procurement and Category Management
- Industry Capability Development
- Supply Chain Management including, Logistics, Procurement and Supply Planning and Warehouse and Distribution Operations
We aim to equip our graduates with a diverse set of skills, knowledge, exposure, and experiences to effectively fill various roles across Procurement, Category Management, Subcontract Project Management, Governance, Supply Assurance, Supply Planning & Inventory Optimisation, Industrialisation, and Analytics. Embark on an exciting professional journey as a Supply Chain graduate where you will:
- Strategise, implement, integrate, test, and optimise supply chain operations with precision, navigating the complexities of the end‑to‑end process.
- Master supply chain management tools and methodologies, utilising your analytical skills to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and ensure supply chain reliability.
- Evaluate potential supply chain solutions meticulously, selecting those that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate supply chain performance to new heights.
- Adhere rigorously to supply chain best practices, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost‑effectiveness, and sustainability standards. Guarantee excellence at every stage of the supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery, demonstrating your ability to optimise supply chain functions from conception to completion.
