Supply Chain Lead

Align site supply chain strategy with APAC Supply Chain, Group Procurement, and Group S&OP.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support ERP/system integration.

Develop inventory and replenishment strategies to enhance service levels and optimize working capital.

Collaborate with S&OP to understand demand and support capacity planning.

Coordinate with Group Purchasing to align material procurement strategies.

Support negotiation of site-specific raw material and indirect contracts.

Manage local logistics partners and ensure SLA compliance.

Oversee import shipments from global sister sites.

Own and drive performance of all site supply chain KPIs with action plans.

Lead continuous improvement across procurement, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Manage weekly order-book coordination and reviews.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supply chain teams to build high-performing departments.

Set departmental objectives and monitor progress, ensuring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, ethical, sustainability, and QA standards.

Implement performance KPIs, track short- and medium-term progress, and communicate outcomes across the organization.

Manage inventory, slow-moving stock, and finished goods while leveraging the network to meet customer demand cost-effectively.

5+ years’ senior experience in supply chain management.

A degree or equivalent qualification (including experience) in Supply Chain Management or other relevant subject.

Proven experience in APAC logistics, warehouse management systems ERP systems, Advanced excel, V-lookup.

Knowledge of logistics operations in the APAC with experience of hazardous chemicals.

Exposure to chemical industry (preferred).
