Supply Chain Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, from first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes, ensuring timely deliveries, controlling costs, and maintaining service quality across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile delivery.

● Plan and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

● Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.

● Monitor inventory movement, order fulfillment, and dispatch planning across locations.

● Manage relationships with 3PL, courier, and last-mile delivery partners.

● Track logistics KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, fill rate, delivery success rate, and cost per shipment.

● Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

● Handle escalations related to delays, damages, or service failures and implement corrective actions.

● Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, finance, customer support, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.

● Strong hands-on experience managing first-mile pickup, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery.

● Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP tools.

● Experience working with courier partners, fleet vendors, and 3PL service providers.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize costs and timelines.

● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
