Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement to logistics—ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage supplier contracts (purchase, tool, and supply agreements) and negotiations
- Build strong supplier partnerships and monitor performance
- Oversee procurement operations, PO management, and material planning
- Collaborate with sales and production teams on demand forecasting
- Optimize inventory through JIT, safety stock, and regular audits
- Manage logistics partners, freight, warehousing, and customs processes
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and lean practices
Requirements
- Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain / procurement
- Education: B.E / B.Tech
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive / EV industry preferred
