Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement to logistics—ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage supplier contracts (purchase, tool, and supply agreements) and negotiations
• Build strong supplier partnerships and monitor performance
• Oversee procurement operations, PO management, and material planning
• Collaborate with sales and production teams on demand forecasting
• Optimize inventory through JIT, safety stock, and regular audits
• Manage logistics partners, freight, warehousing, and customs processes
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and lean practices

Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain / procurement
• Education: B.E / B.Tech
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience in manufacturing / automotive / EV industry preferred
