Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic mid-level Supply Chain Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain operations for Sunthings (www.sunthings.co), our fast-growing frozen fruits and vegetables brand. Based in Bengaluru, you will ensure fill rates above 95% on q-commerce platforms through efficient inventory management, system implementation, and seamless coordination with partners. This role offers strong growth potential into leadership as we expand across platforms, locations, and modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a robust Supply Chain Management System (SCM) including inventory tracking, batch management, returns processing, dashboards, and real-time reporting to optimize operations.
• Maintain fill rates above 95% on q-commerce platforms by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and minimizing stockouts or overstock.
