Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement to logistics—ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business goals
Manage supplier contracts (purchase, tool, and supply agreements) and negotiations
Build strong supplier partnerships and monitor performance
Oversee procurement operations, PO management, and material planning
Collaborate with sales and production teams on demand forecasting
Optimize inventory through JIT, safety stock, and regular audits
Manage logistics partners, freight, warehousing, and customs processes
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and lean practices
Requirements
Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain / procurement
Education: B. E / B. Tech
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience in manufacturing / automotive / EV industry preferred
