Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for supply assurance and operational excellence across DIS Tech global projects. This role converts business and engineering requirements into reliable supply, strong supplier readiness, and predictable delivery outcomes in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own OPS KPIs and deliver 98%+ on-time delivery (OTD) across global projects.
• Lead supplier strategy and negotiations for PCB, MLO, electronic components, and mechanical parts.
• Strengthen supplier capability, capacity, and readiness in partnership with SQE and Design teams.
• Develop and execute Business Continuity Plans for single-source suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and supplier performance initiatives.
• Optimize production capacity loading and utilization.
• Act as escalation manager for critical delivery and supply risks.
