Responsibilities

  • Oversee supply chain processes, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support hotel operations and service standards.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for hospitality-specific goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels across departments and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to forecast needs and manage purchase orders.
  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics and delivery services.
