Supply Chain Manager

A Supply Chain Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based electronics manufacturing client. This is a leadership role with 10 direct reports reporting to the site Operations Manager. THE ROLE: * Reporting to the Operations Manager for the organisation of people, equipment, and processes across Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Development, Customer Service and Logistics (shipping, receiving and stores) areas to ensure business and customer commitments are met. * Plan resources to meet targets * Monitor plan versus actual * Continually refine and optimise processes * Works closely with roles across internal departments including Production, Program Management, Manufacturing, Design and Test Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, FEHS and Value Stream Management. * Externally the role works with the wider Global Supply Chain organisation.
