Overview

To manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for food and non-food items, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, timely availability, and compliance with food safety standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, and non-food items
  • Ensure consistent quality, pricing, and timely supply across all outlets
  • Develop and maintain approved vendor lists
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, over-stocking, and wastage
  • Control food cost, COGS, and variance vs budget
  • Coordinate stock clearance of slow-moving or excess inventory
  • Plan and manage logistics for central kitchen and outlet deliveries
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and proper cold-chain management
