Supply Chain Manager


Greater Toronto Area - Onsite


Reporting to the Director of North American Purchasing & Planning, this role leads production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and logistics while driving alignment across global supply chain functions.


What you’ll do:


·Lead and coach purchasing, planning, and logistics teams; build skills, develop talent, and improve performance


·Improve material availability, optimize scheduling, reduce shortages, and remove bottlenecks


·Establish and track KPIs (cost, PPV, inventory turns, lead time, service levels, supplier performance)


·Forecast material requirements and develop accurate production plans based on sales demand, orders, and inventory


·Develop and implement purchasing policies, supplier scorecards, and supplier development programs


·Partner with category management to drive cost savings and process improvements
