A growing, globally active business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of its end-to-end supply chain within a fast-paced SME environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead global supply chain operations covering Far East manufacturing, international distribution, UK and EU 3PL partners and Direct-to-Consumer fulfilment. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Far East suppliers, procurement, contracts and performance (cost, quality, delivery)
• Lead 3PL relationships, logistics strategy and commercial negotiations
• Oversee UK distribution and DTC fulfilment solutions
• Own inventory control, demand forecasting and stock optimisation
