Wood is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager  to join our Operations business in Australia & Asia Pacific West (APAC WEST). This is an opportunity to join our expanding Operations team, as part of our strategic growth plan for 2026 and beyond.  Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role and is available on a full-time / part-time (job share) basis.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations business in Australia & Asia Pacific West (APAC WEST). This is an opportunity to join our expanding Operations team, as part of our strategic growth plan for 2026 and beyond. Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role and is available on a full-time / part-time (job share) basis.

You will be able to work lawfully in Australia and hold full working rights for this location. If you have a visa application in progress, you are also encouraged to apply.

Ideally, you will hold a degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics from a recognised institution, have a CIPS qualification (or an industry equivalent) and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant supply chain experience, demonstrating results. You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in industry best practices in Subcontract Agreements and Framework Agreements, industry forms of Subcontract, complex tactical procurement, logistics and materials management, client contract requirements and/ or supply chain principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP Systems (i.e. Maximo, Oracle, SAP)
  • Be commercially astute with a “solutions mindset”, skilled in negotiation and management of risk, consistent with safety and commercial requirements.
  • Be a leader of people with several years of supervisory experience, capable of engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation and energising diverse teams to adopt best practices, driving optimal performance with safety at the heart of everything we do.
  • Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
