Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (SCM)
The Manager - SCM is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring uninterrupted material availability, optimized inventory levels, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance to support manufacturing and business Plan, execute, and control end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out parts, and consumables in line with production plans.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive inventory optimization, reduction of excess & obsolete stock, and working capital improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams for smooth operations and new project launches.
