Supply Chain Manager

We are partnering with a leading international Automotive Manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for their rapidly growing Querétaro site. This is a great opportunity to lead supply chain operations at a plant forecasted to become the group’s largest in the coming years.

This position is designed with a clear progression path toward a Regional Supply Chain Manager role, giving ambitious professionals a chance to grow alongside a plant poised for significant expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and customer delivery
• Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support high-volume automotive production at a large site
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and finance teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
• Manage supplier performance and support strategic sourcing initiatives
• Develop and lead a local supply chain team, building capability for future growth
• Support ramp-up, capacity expansion, and operational scaling activities
• Contribute to cross-plant and group-level supply chain initiatives as required

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Tier-1 automotive supply chain management is a must
• Proven track record of managing supply chain operations at large sites
• Strong understanding of production planning, logistics, and supplier management
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Leadership capability with the ambition to take on regional responsibility
• Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage
