Join our Global Raw Materials and Device Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Manager. You'll play a crucial role in managing raw material inventory strategies and analytics, ensuring sustainable supply, and supporting planning cycles. This position involves cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and support key supply chain initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct network-wide assessments of raw material inventory using established tools.
• Collaborate with category and procurement leads on inventory and sourcing strategies.
• Manage inventory health and ensure collaboration for accurate planning.
• Enhance data analytics for raw material forecasting and supply planning.
• Support leadership in projects related to raw materials and capacity improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet productivity and quality goals.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in SAP and RapidResponse ERP environments.
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and lead workshops or kaizen events.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
