Supply Chain Operations Co-Op Title: Supply Chain Operations Co-op Status: Non-Exempt (hourly) Department: 337 Supply Chain Operational Excellence Term: May 18, 2026- August 14, 2026 Position Summary Plug Power Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated student to join our team. The student will be responsible for assisting in a wide variety of initiatives and projects in support of your academic studies and interests. In this role, you will gain exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment which includes developing a detailed understanding of Plug Power's products. Core Duties and Responsibilities Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and improving processes to enhance efficiency across supply chain departments. Define New Procedures: Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that optimize day-to-day practices in planning, purchasing, logistics, and quality. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and process optimization efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain teams to understand challenges and implement solutions tailored to departmental needs. Contribute to System Development: Participate in creating and testing robust systems for improving workflow and efficiency within the supply chain. Gain a foundational understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing and technology. Communication and Collaboration skill enhancement Develop effective communication skills by collaborating with team members and presenting findings to different stakeholders. Education and Qualification Pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Master's in Supply Chain, or PhD degree in a related program Must have reliable transportation to the office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess solid hands-on approach to problem-solving Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail Excellent follow-through Must be driven and self-motivated Estimated Base Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00
